Up till now there are several things dat stuck in my mind.. it seems dat i cant get those mind-troubling matter outta my head.
So, how im going to deal with it? Well, im a movie lover n so it happen dis one day im watching dis particular movie.. nthen one of the phrases struck to me mind. "ignorance is a bliss huh?" is wad i kept on thinking from dat day onwards. Since then i tried practising on dat ignorance n tadaaa! it happens to be working out. Coz there r lots of things running in my mind dat i cant kip on dealing with like "am i suppose to do dat?" n "isit good for me to dis to dat person" so on.
So, by practising on ignorance, i do get a bliss. Well, its not totally blissing me out but at least i can go on with my life as usual.. keep track of my old routine as i was happy back then.
